Job Title: Engineering Manager

About our role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all engineering systems and associated contractors to ensure optimal building performance.

The successful candidate will possess a trade certificate or engineering qualification/degree (HVAC, BMCS, Electrical, Mechanical), supported by proven experience managing premium or A-grade office properties.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the real estate industry and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all engineering systems and associated contractors to ensure optimal building performance.
  • Lead customer service requests and ensure standards of service provided to occupants within the building are retained at the highest levels with response times minimized.
  • Work with Operations and General Managers to ensure vendors are well-managed, contracts planned and managed, financial operations exceed targets, health & safety management, and achievement of sustainability objectives.

Requirements:

  • Trade certificate or engineering qualification/degree (HVAC, BMCS, Electrical, Mechanical)
  • Proven experience managing premium or A-grade office properties
  • Ability to prioritize work within tight operational and financial deadlines
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
