NHP Electrical Engineering is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic Sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner to maximize sales and provide a fantastic experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking shelves to identify opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to understand sales goals and plan merchandising activities accordingly.
  • Addressing and resolving client issues directly related to NHP brand presentation in a timely and efficient manner using appropriate internal resources.
  • Providing regular updates on Brand status within branches to sales team.
  • Implementing promotional activities in line with the marketing team's and regional wholesaler lead's strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store management and staff.
  • Building and maintaining data information on customers and competitors using CRM.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role - Product Merchandising.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with a range of customers.
  • An ability to 'listen to the customer' and translate needs into business solutions.
  • Focused, passionate and willing to go above and beyond.
