Lead Software Development Team

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the growth and development of our software engineering team. This individual will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in all aspects of software development.

About the Role
  • Establish and maintain best practices in software engineering, including design patterns, decoupled architectures, test-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Cultivate and lead high-performing teams that deliver successful large-scale projects from inception to release.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve product offerings.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience managing software development teams in an agile environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects with complex products across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in software engineering best practices, cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure or AWS), and contemporary software development technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support.
