Job Title: Catering Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking casual catering staff to join our team, providing high-quality food and dining services to residents.

  • Key responsibilities include assisting with meal preparation, providing a quality dining experience, and supporting residents as required.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and service to the elderly.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) - desirable but not essential.
  • Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with diverse groups of people.
  • Able to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
  • NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain.
