Job Reference: -Job Type: Full Time/Permanent Location: Dubbo Closing Date: 14 September 2025 Position Summary Location: Department of Medicine, Dubbo Health Service Responsibilities We are looking to recruit a third respiratory physician to join our respiratory unit within a large and vibrant general medicine department.
The role includes: In-hours respiratory medicine cover (one month in three)General medicine on-call (one in twelve) during respiratory cover months Fortnightly bronchoscopy + EBUS list Participation in unit meetings Training of JMO's attached to the team, including AT (respiratory, full-time Dubbo) and BPT (seconded from RPA)Medical student teaching (School of Rural Health - Dubbo, University of Sydney)Remuneration package includes a base salary of $186,241 - $229,825 plus 12.5% superannuation and salary packaging benefits.
Including ROPP in line with the NSW staff specialist award, the total maximum income ranges from $301,733 to $388,533 per annum, depending on staff specialist level and experience.
