The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in kitchen management, including experience in menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision.

• Plan and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents
• Supervise and train staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of food services
• Maintain high standards of food safety and quality control

• Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in aged care or a similar environment
• Excellent understanding of food safety legislative requirements and HACCP principles
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
