- Develop innovative design solutions through close collaboration with highly skilled specialists
- Apply industry standards to ensure high-quality outputs, such as Australian Water Association (AWA) guidelines
- Lead complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain effective communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Chartered Engineering Status (CPEng) or willingness to obtain it
- 7+ years of experience working in the Australian market, preferably in water supply and sewerage design
- Degree qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or associated field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead projects to successful completion
