As a Network Water Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the technical service by carrying out conceptual designs, auditing and reviewing compliance of water, wastewater and recycled water network designs and augmentations.

About This Role

This is a contract position offering competitive compensation that reflects your expertise. In this role, you will support the design and implementation of water infrastructure projects while collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Design Reviews: Ensure that designs meet industry standards and regulations through thorough review processes.
  • Provide Technical Support: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders as a resource for water infrastructure projects.
  • Maintain Safety and Quality Compliance: Uphold high standards of safety and quality throughout project phases.
  • Facilitate Team Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to promote project success and enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Civil, Mechanical, Process, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in a design or technical role related to water projects, particularly desalination, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Australian water sector, including relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
