About this Role:
Our organisation is seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the development and delivery of our technical training program. As a Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for documenting and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain the program schedule for ongoing training and development
- Deliver or support the delivery of a set number of training sessions per month
- Attend industry events and exhibitions each year
- Identify opportunities for competency assessment in training materials
- Evaluate improvements and incorporate changes into training workshops
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- A passionate individual with a strong interest in Electric Vehicles and learning
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to model company values and embody company culture
