Electric Vehicle Technician Apprentice

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for hands-on training in the rapidly evolving field of electric vehicle (EV) servicing, with a structured program designed to complete a nationally recognized Certificate III in Automotive Electric Vehicle Technology.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of an outstanding customer experience through effective collaboration with the service team
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance, and basic servicing tasks under close supervision
- Develop skills in diagnostic tool utilization and automotive software systems
- Undertake a comprehensive training program in electric vehicle technology
- Engage in Tesla-specific training through our global learning platform
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, assist with daily operations, and ensure vehicle cleanliness
- Gain knowledge of all Tesla models, service procedures, and safety standards
- Completed secondary education
- Full Australian work rights
- Eligibility to enroll with a registered training organization (RTO)
- A valid driver's license
- Passion for automotive technology, mechanics, and electric vehicles
- Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in EV systems, battery technology, and sustainable innovation
- A genuine desire to build a career in the automotive trades or mechanical engineering
- Hands-on technical skills with Tesla electric vehicles
