About This Role

As a skilled Workplace Trainer, you will collaborate closely with department heads to identify training needs and design customised programs to address them. Using diverse instructional techniques, you will ensure that training sessions are informative, engaging, and interactive, catering to various learning styles.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in workplace training to coach, provide feedback, and empower internal stakeholders to excel in their roles. You will also refine and update training materials, lead orientation sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through various assessment methods.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with department heads to pinpoint training needs and craft tailored programs.
  2. Design training materials, deliver onboarding programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
About You

You are a proactive and adaptable individual with a passion for training and development. You have a proven track record of working with department heads to identify training needs and create customised programs.
