Job Title: Learning and Development Program Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking an organised and proactive learning professional to coordinate our training programs on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to think critically.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating the annual training schedule and other learning initiatives
- Assisting in the development of training materials and quality assurance documents
- Monitoring and tracking program performance, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement
- Processing training-related invoices and managing program data with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in administering and coordinating training programs with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proven ability to manage multiple administrative processes simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in IT systems and data management tools to drive business outcomes
This is a hybrid role with 2 days on-site between North Sydney and Parramatta, and 3 days flexible. We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds.
