As an Assistant Store Manager, you will mentor teams on customer service excellence, embodying maturity and professionalism. You will also bring:

  • Experience leading a team by living the values of our organisation and supporting a customer-first culture.
  • Ability to coach a team by instilling trust and building the team's capability and knowledge to guide the customer experience with confidence.
  • Understanding in the management of store operations, including driving sales growth, visual merchandising, ticketing, stock integrity and store presentation.
  • An ability to handle situations that achieve positive outcomes for all involved.
  • Knowledge in establishing a high-performing store and financial management.
Key Requirements

To succeed as an Assistant Store Manager, you should have:

  1. Proven experience in managing teams, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  2. Excellent coaching skills, with the ability to build trust and develop the capabilities of your team members.
  3. A strong understanding of store operations, including sales growth, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  4. The ability to handle complex situations, achieving positive outcomes for all parties involved.
  5. Strong knowledge of financial management and the ability to establish a high-performing store.
