About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HCM Solution Architect to join our team at Ethos BeathChapman. As a key member of our program team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering significant improvements through the implementation and customization of SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Recruitment, Onboarding, and Core HR, in conjunction with the solution implementation partner.
  • Provide Solution Architecture expertise to support the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors business processes, security roles, reports, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver customized solutions that meet the business's needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Manage multiple program/projects and priorities simultaneously.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience working in a similar role, ideally with experience on the vendor side of SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Strong customer focus with great stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Strong consulting skills, including the ability to lead workshops with multiple stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Strong HR functional skills, particularly in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Core HR.
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules, integrations, BTP solutions, data management, SAP ECC, or SAP S/4 HANA.
