Project Manager

Are you a seasoned professional in project coordination? Do you have experience delivering defence systems and managing complex programs?

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and lead all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and governance. You will be responsible for coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams, including engineering, logistics, security, and systems integration.

  • Develop and implement project plans that align with Defence frameworks.
  • Oversee contracts, reporting, milestones, and compliance with Defence capability and acquisition standards.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Procurement, or Defence-related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing complex Defence programs within the Land and Maritime domains.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management tools, risks management, and project scheduling.
  • A sound understanding of Defence Procurement and delivery frameworks such as ASDEFCON.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a people-first approach to stakeholder engagement.
