Design Systems Expert

As a key member of our technology team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining scalable backend services. Your primary focus will be on leading the design and development of complex systems using modern frameworks and tools.

Key responsibilities include driving collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers to scope, define, and deliver impactful product features. You will also be responsible for evolving and scaling our architecture through thoughtful service design, system decomposition, and shared tooling.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to champion reliability, performance, and engineering best practices across multiple service domains. This includes writing robust, well-tested code and proactively identifying areas for technical improvement or refactor.

Guiding design and code reviews, mentoring peers, and raising the technical bar for your team is also an essential part of this role. Maintaining and improving service health, observability, and incident resilience in partnership with your team is another critical responsibility.
