Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Career Opportunities Coach to join our team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients to guide them towards job-readiness and enable opportunities for employment.

The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Career Opportunities Coach, you will be at the forefront of our services, working closely with clients to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and support them through interviews and into employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage and motivate participants to find their own employment;
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Reverse market clients to employers;
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and other stakeholders.

Attributes and Experience:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
  • An overall desire to be part of a dynamic and inclusive team;
  • A current Driver's License.
