Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Coordinator to join our team in providing staffing solutions that support hospitals and clinics by placing nurses where they're needed most.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily rosters, scheduling skilled nurses into facilities and community shifts across Sydney NSW.
  • They will also fill urgent shifts by proactively engaging with new and existing staff.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with clients and nursing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating daily rosters and schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Filling urgent shifts through proactive engagement with new and existing staff.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and the nursing workforce to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Using software platforms to track fill rates and forecast gaps in staffing levels.
  • Providing top-tier customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.

What You'll Need

  • Strong experience in aged care combined with customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Proven experience in rostering, scheduling, contact centre, recruitment, or high-volume customer service environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
