We're seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our national water business, focusing on civil design for conveyance pipelines, hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and water facilities.

This role involves working in a supportive environment that values diversity and continuous improvement, with opportunities for mentoring junior engineers and professional growth and development.

To succeed, you'll need to be a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, strong understanding of water/wastewater industry standards and best practices, and expertise in various aspects of civil engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Expertise in study involvement, budget, schedule, and scope development, detailed design, analysis, construction/commissioning phase support, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
  • Experience in scoping and developing engineering work packages, including time-based estimates for deliverables.
  • An interest in strengthening and growing existing client connections as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Ability to understand client core business and ensure services meet their expectations.
