We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to patients with respiratory conditions.

You will work closely with advanced clinical trainees to perform acute respiratory assessments, review medical history and treatment plans, and communicate complex clinical information with patients both in-clinic and via virtual care appointments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to make a real impact as part of a multidisciplinary team, assisting to reduce unnecessary Emergency Department presentations and facilitating smooth discharges for the appropriate patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform acute respiratory assessments and reviews
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in Acute Care Nursing (preferably Respiratory) as a registered nurse
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
