Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Platform Consultant to join our organization. As a consultant, you will work closely with our HR teams to provide innovative solutions that meet business requirements and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in configuring Workday to business requirements, preferably in areas of core HCM, recruitment, talent & performance. They will also have experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

The role involves translating business requirements into functional solutions, documenting solutions, prototyping Workday changes, and providing support to HR Direct and business owners in troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translating business requirements into functional solutions
  • Documenting solutions into an options paper for business review and approval
  • Prototyping Workday changes, including test script writing, execution, and analysis of results
  • Providing support to HR Direct and business owners in troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of Experience in Configuring Workday to Business Requirements
  • Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to write and communicate effectively
