At Experis, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Platforms Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the success of our clients by leveraging their expertise in data platforms and business transformation.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced professional with 10+ years of experience in IT consulting or technology-focused roles, who can work on enterprise/big data projects and blend technical and business knowledge.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing data mappings, including data transformations, business rules, and reporting requirements, as well as familiarity with traditional database and data modeling concepts like referential integrity and entity-relationship modeling.
  • We require strong ability to gather and synthesize large volumes of information, manage requirement changes, and clarify expectations with the business.
  • Experience developing complex ETL/ELT data pipelines, proficiency in conducting workshops with business and technical SMEs for requirement analysis, and advanced skills in SQL for data querying and analysis are also essential.

About You:

  • You will need a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering field, and industry-recognized technology certifications are highly desirable.

Your Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications, plus benefits.
