About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Mental Health Professional to join our team at Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd. As a Senior Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to clients in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face consultations with clients, with the flexibility to choose which days you work.
- Work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and organisational psychology.
- Common conditions treated include depression, eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, men's and women's issues, adolescent concerns, and life changes.
- Have full autonomy over referrals, with a flexible approach to tailoring clients to your specialty or preference.
- Have the option to start with a gradual build-up to a full caseload.
Employment Terms:
- Contracting Opportunity: Competitive hourly rate of between $130-$200 with a 70/30 split.
- Hours: 2-4 days per week with the flexibility to start slow and build up.
- Admin Support: Dedicated support from an admin assistant, available three days a week, along with comprehensive online booking and intake systems.
- Professional Development: Opportunities for professional development and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
- Premises: Modern clinic with 8 rooms, on-site parking, disabled access, staff rooms, and renovated, bright, and clean spaces.
Additional Benefits:
- Consultation Fees: Competitive fees of between $150-$286 per session with a 70/30 split for psychologists.
- Referrals: Strong referral streams from GPs, private clients, TAC, NDIS, and EAP work across Melbourne.

Requirements:
- Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
- Full working rights in Australia.
