As a pivotal role within the Audio and Language Content division, we are seeking an individual to drive the implementation of a podcast-first strategy for Indigenous media. The successful candidate will be responsible for positioning NITV Radio's program as a leader in this space.

The Role

This is a key opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of Indigenous issues and communities to make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for podcast content
  • Oversee the production of high-quality audio podcasts, including recording interviews and features
  • Establish and maintain relationships with correspondents, contributors, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to divisional objectives through participation in cross-language content initiatives

The ideal candidate will have experience in podcast and radio production, with a proven track record of creating engaging and shareable content. They will also possess excellent collaboration skills, be proficient in multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
