This is a key role for a seasoned creative leader who can oversee the production of multiple shows and manage a team of podcast producers.

We are looking for an experienced creative to join our in-house podcasts team in Sydney as Managing Producer. Reporting to the Network Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of multiple shows, managing a team of podcast producers and working on the development of new original content.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing the production of high-quality audio content, with experience working with talent, managing and mentoring podcast producers, generating creative ideas and seeing projects through from ideation to launch.

You should have excellent communication skills, be able to lead a team of producers in a motivating and inspiring way and have a finely tuned editorial lens.

The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of best practice podcast promotion across social, PR and marketing, experience incorporating commercial content into podcasts from creative ideation through to delivering final assets for clients and ability to manage and coordinate staffing (internal, external freelancers, agencies) and effectively produce high quality content.

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, can-do attitude with a desire to help others in the team succeed and has a strong work ethic, a desire for constant improvement and be a team player.
