About the Role

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to expand our presence in Queensland's healthcare market. As a key driver of business growth, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, selling cutting-edge surgical navigation and imaging solutions, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
  • Expand market presence by identifying and securing new business opportunities in public and private hospitals.
    • Develop sales strategies to drive adoption of navigation, imaging, and robotic solutions.
      • Work closely with surgeons, operating theatre managers, and hospital leadership to demonstrate product value.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with neurosurgeons and spine specialists.
      • Manage sales cycles for capital equipment, ensuring smooth procurement and implementation processes.
        • Provide ongoing support and training to customers, enhancing product utilization.
      • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
        • Collaborate with the broader sales and clinical teams to develop targeted approaches for key hospitals.
          • Use sales data to identify high-growth opportunities and optimize territory planning.
    About You
    • You have a proven track record in medical device sales, business development, or capital equipment sales.
      • You possess strong network connections within the Queensland healthcare sector, particularly in neurosurgery or spinal surgery.
        • You excel in relationship-building and communication skills.
          • You are self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work autonomously.
            • You are willing to travel across Queensland as needed.
