About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled sales professional to expand our presence in Queensland's healthcare market. As a key driver of business growth, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, selling cutting-edge surgical navigation and imaging solutions, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities- Expand market presence by identifying and securing new business opportunities in public and private hospitals.
- Develop sales strategies to drive adoption of navigation, imaging, and robotic solutions.
- Work closely with surgeons, operating theatre managers, and hospital leadership to demonstrate product value.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with neurosurgeons and spine specialists.
- Manage sales cycles for capital equipment, ensuring smooth procurement and implementation processes.
- Provide ongoing support and training to customers, enhancing product utilization.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the broader sales and clinical teams to develop targeted approaches for key hospitals.
- Use sales data to identify high-growth opportunities and optimize territory planning.
