- Manage disputes and claims, ensuring effective resolution and minimizing risk.
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience as a solicitor in a large corporate legal practice or a major business in-house legal team.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial and construction law, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and risk assessment skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
