As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with medical specialists to drive growth and retention across your territory. The role focuses on identifying high-potential referrers, deepening relationships with existing clients, and promoting the value of our services.

The key responsibilities of this position include executing business strategies within allocated territories, developing tailored business plans for specialist groups, building strong relationships with medical specialists, and supporting colleagues through sharing best practices and mentoring.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position, requiring a tertiary qualification in Science, Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline. You will also need at least 4 years of commercial or business development experience in healthcare, pathology, or related services, along with demonstrated success in achieving sales/revenue targets and managing a territory or portfolio.

You will be required to work independently, with initiative and accountability for results. Analytical thinking and adaptability are essential skills for this role, as well as the ability to share knowledge, coach peers, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
