Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to academic departments and faculty, ensuring the successful implementation of programs to support student engagement and success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to enhance the student experience and overall well-being of students.
  • Champion customer service skills, providing exceptional support to students and other key stakeholders.
  • Model the vision and values of Navitas, promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the higher education sector in an administrative or student engagement role.
  • Understanding of key legislation, policies, and procedures relevant to international students.
  • Understanding of the challenges faced by students participating in alternative pathways to tertiary education.
  • A diploma or higher (or, in lieu, at least three years' relevant experience) relating to administration, education, student welfare, business, or international relations.
  • Currently holds or has the ability to obtain a WWVP card.
