Senior Manager, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Crown Resorts is a dynamic organization that values passion, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in building and maintaining Crown Group's Compliance Management Framework and associated policies. This will involve supporting the Group General Manager in implementing the Compliance Framework and associated policies, coordinating the Whistleblower Program, and driving the implementation of the Policy Management Framework.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and provide property support to the implementation of Crown Compliance Management Framework and policies
- Undertake oversight on the implementation of the Compliance Framework and associated policies
- Manage and provide input to the maintenance of the Crown Policy Management Framework and its implementation
- Manage the preparation of Compliance Reports for Board and Compliance Committee meetings
- Provide Resorts ERCC secretariat, including management of bi-monthly Resorts ERCC meeting coordination
- Provide Whistleblower Committee secretariat, including scheduling, preparation of agendas and papers, and tracking of papers from invitees
- Manage the implementation and ongoing administration of GRC system compliance
- Manage the triage of Speak Up Reports and actively monitor and oversee progress of investigations and closure activities
- Strong experience in managing compliance frameworks, policies, and governance in a regulated environment
- Experience in risk and compliance management, and policy governance
- A solid understanding of Whistleblower Protection requirements
- Experience in managing Committees and reporting (ideally in Whistleblowing and Risk Management Committees)
- Strong research and report writing skills
