Mental Health Clinician

360 Health + Community provides person-centred health services that offer care and support to individuals in need. Our multidisciplinary teams deliver programs across Western Australia, including mental health care for young people in headspace centres.

We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician to provide integrated, holistic mental health care and support for young people aged 12 - 25 years. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to engage with young people and their families, offering a range of services that ensure they can seek support in the most appropriate way possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a suite of clinical services, including initial screening and assessment, triage, interventions, case management, information coordination, and shared care coordination within the service and with other providers.
  • Build positive relationships with young people, their family and friends, to offer a range of services that meet their individual needs.
  • Triage and assess presentations from young people, developing plans to support their mental health and wellbeing.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Counselling or an approved field.
  • Eligible for, or working towards, corresponding professional membership or registration with AHPRA, AASW, ACA, PACFA.
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate less than 6 months old (or willing to apply).
  • Ideal experience working with youth mental health, LGBTQIA+ identifying people, First Nations people, and/or Culturally and Linguistically Diverse people.
