  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Previous leadership experience or the confidence to step into a leadership role
  • A genuine love for children, learning, and collaborative teamwork
  • Applicable certifications in child safety and first aid (or willingness to obtain)
  • A valid WWC Card or up-to-date Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
