We are seeking a highly motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children.
- Job Description: As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in assisting Room Leaders and other qualified educators to provide social and educational activities that build a child's sense of belonging, resilience, kindness, and teamwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent) and have a sound knowledge of early learning quality and educational frameworks. You should be a motivated educator with a passion for your work, able to work well within a team and have an energetic and positive approach to your day-to-day work.
Benefits:
As an employee of our organisation, you will receive 20 hours per week, 5 hours per day, Tuesday to Friday, covering staff lunch breaks and Service Leader program and planning. In addition to base hourly rate and superannuation, you'll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits that can be used on rent, mortgage repayments, or living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
