Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the sales and distribution of parts.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Operate a forklift to perform duties such as loading and unloading.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by acting as the first point of contact for inbound call management and customers ordering parts.
    • Interpret parts to understand what will suit the customers' needs.
    • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their enquiries and post-purchase needs are met.
    • Participate in regular stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory levels.
    • Assist in general warehousing duties including picking, packing and dispatching parts.
