As a seasoned traveller, you will have the opportunity to work full-time in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across 7 days. Your day-to-day activities will include planning itineraries, booking travel, and converting enquiries into bookings for our customers.

Key Activities:
  • Plan itineraries, book travel, and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email for our customers
  • Meet individual KPIs and sales targets by selling entire holidays, including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, and more
  • Built a customer base through regular domestic bookings and international holidays

Our ideal candidate is a determined and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making customers want to book with them. If you have great organisational skills, ability to manage calendars well, and quick response to customer queries, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
