Job SummaryWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and marketing automation, with 2-3 years of experience using Pardot and WordPress. They will be responsible for creating and deploying targeted emails and lifecycle marketing campaigns, writing engaging copy for website pages and email campaigns, and updating and managing the website.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in tailoring messages to resonate with different target audiences and addressing their specific needs. They will excel at managing competing tasks and have an ability to execute campaigns efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Create and deploy targeted emails and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging copy for website pages and email campaigns, ensuring that the messaging aligns with our brand tone of voice.
- Update and manage the website, including blog posts and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B tests on website elements and email campaigns to identify the most effective strategies and continuously improve performance.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
- Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive strategies and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Complete ad hoc marketing tasks as required by the business.
