About Our Role

We are seeking a qualified Exercise Physiologist to join our practice as part of our multidisciplinary team. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will be responsible for providing holistic care to clients with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, acute injury and rehabilitation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat clients with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, acute injury and rehabilitation
  • Develop and implement individualized exercise programs tailored to meet the needs of each client
  • Communicate effectively with clients, other healthcare professionals and the wider community through clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with professional standards

Requirements:
  • Current ESSA Accreditation is required for this role
  • Experience as a private practice Exercise Physiologist is highly desirable but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role
  • You must be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and software programs is also required
