We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Holistic Support Professional.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services that empower and enhance the lives of others. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life, working closely with participants and supervisors to understand their needs and preferences.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Screening Card
  • CPR/First Aid - current certification
  • Australian Driver's License
  • SMILE
  • NDIS cert (preferable)
  • Community access

Desirable qualifications include certifications or higher education in disability, mental health, and aged care. Experience with personal care, transferring, hoist use, and spinal cord support will be highly regarded.

Working hours are set days with flexibility within reason from both parties. We work across multiple locations, including homes and community access sites.
