About The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available at our Head Office for a highly motivated, adaptable individual who can support our risk strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain effective controls in relations to Collections processes
  • Collect on accounts in arrears 0-59days
  • Issue relevant notices for accounts in arrears
  • Identify accounts for possible Hardship Assistance
  • Contact borrowers with regards to any Rates arrears

About You

  • As well as having excellent & effective problem solving, negotiation skills, you will also need to have:
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to demonstrate and promote our values on a daily basis
  • Previous experience in collections would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written supported by a growth mindset
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to collections
  • A desire to grow and develop within Auswide Bank
