Job Description

As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve sales growth, drive operational efficiency, and maintain a positive store culture.

Your primary focus will be on driving sales, managing stock levels, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
