Job Title: Wait Staff

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Wait Staff member at Panthers Penrith. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our members and guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our members and guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, floors, and equipment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 3 plates and move around the restaurant with ease.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
