Customer Service Professional Wanted

Panthers Penrith is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic customer service professional to join their team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and guests at our restaurants.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our patrons.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including table clearing and glass collection.
  • Process transactions and handle cash efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent service standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
