About the Role

Green by Nature is seeking a skilled Remote Mower Operator to join our Brisbane team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance works in council-controlled roadsides and laneways.

Hourly rates are above award and dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate remote-controlled mower for lawn maintenance.
  • Ensure equipment safety and report any issues.
  • Communicate effectively with on-site personnel.
  • Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance.
  • Monitor and report any issues that may impact service delivery.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and reporting, including risk assessments, SWMS, pre-start inspections, and timesheets.

About You
  • Experience in remote mower operation.
  • Qualification in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture desirable.
  • Current and valid MR licence.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols.
  • Basic equipment maintenance ability.
  • Physically fit for outdoor work.
