About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Green Space Manager to oversee and manage our mowing operations. As a key member of our team, you will lead a dedicated group of Mower Operators to ensure the maintenance and enhancement of green spaces across multiple commercial and council-controlled open space sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in mowing and groundskeeping tasks alongside your team.
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of Mower Operators, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Inspect sites regularly to ensure high standards of lawn maintenance and address any issues promptly.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure all mowing equipment is well-maintained and operational, arranging for repairs as needed.

About You

  • Proficient in operating and maintaining various mowing equipment.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Valid White Card
  • Valid Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid Drivers' license.
