We are seeking experienced professionals to take on key roles in our venues. The ideal candidates will be hands-on and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Job

As a Venue Manager, you will oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. You will also lead, motivate, and coach your team during service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing and safety standards
  • Managing bookings, functions, and peak service periods
  • Handling cash-up procedures, tills, and end-of-day reporting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in a busy bar or restaurant
  • Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
  • The ability to remain calm and organized under pressure
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems, such as Kounta, Tyro, and Nowbookit

Working Arrangements
