Help Desk Support

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will provide helpdesk support to local and remote locations in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Maintain, analyze, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals. Coordinate repairs with appropriate vendors and solve key technical challenges.

Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues.
  • Software installations & rollouts
  • Maintenance and inventory management of hardware and peripherals
  • Assisting with system & network administration tasks
Requirements:

As a successful applicant, you will work well in a small, collaborative team and possess excellent time management skills, complemented by:

  • Experience in an IT Help Desk role and help desk software.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Experience with Audiovisual setups.
  • Sound understanding of Windows Server and Workstation operating systems.
  • Sound understanding of Networking, and VM environments.
  • Relevant certifications.
  • An Australian driver's license and own vehicle.
