As a Clinical Care Team Leader with Regis Aged Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older Australians. Located in the picturesque Sunshine Coast region, our team is dedicated to providing personalised and respectful care for our residents.
About the Role
- Lead and manage clinical services under the direction of the Clinical Care Manager, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of care to our residents.
- Provide guidance and support to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and mutual respect.
- Coordinate comprehensive assessments and care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure individualised care outcomes.
- Assist the Clinical Care Manager in monitoring medication management, reviewing charts and storage procedures to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Degree-qualified Registered Nurse with experience in aged care or complex nursing settings.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families.
- A thorough understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications relevant to aged care.
