Aged Care Clinical Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Regis Aged Care. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality resident care, managing a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring seamless operations within our clinical department.
About the Role- Lead and manage the clinical services in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Supervise and coordinate the work of care staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet individual resident needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and progress
- Liaise with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional care and support to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs
- Ensure the highest standards of care management and nursing interventions are maintained
- Monitor and manage medication administration, including 24-hour progress notes review
- Promote harmonious relationships among residents, families, and staff members
- Model and actively support the Regis value proposition: living with support and upholding our core values
- Current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an RN with no conditions
- Experience in an aged care lead role (residential or community) is preferred
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the AN-ACC funding system
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of workplace health & safety, infection control, and manual handling
- Positive attitude towards working with the elderly
- Familiarity with relevant laws, acts, regulations, and codes of practice
- Strong computer literacy
- Competitive hourly pay rate: $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience
