We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinical team.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing and coordinating resident care, supervising care staff, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation. You will also lead and manage the clinical and allied health services under the direction of the Clinical Care Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical and allied health services under the direction of the Clinical Care Manager.
- Coordinate and evaluate individual resident care within the scope of practice and ensure it aligns with Regis Aged Care policies and procedures.
- Conducting staff competency assessments and contributing to staff training.
- Evaluate medication management and assist with 24-hour progress notes review.
- Promote harmonious interpersonal relations with residents, families, and staff.
- Maintain high standards of care management and nursing interventions.
- Model and actively support the Regis value proposition: living with support and upholding our core values.
