Seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew members in Sydney. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring customer safety and comfort while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service by being approachable and courteous at all times.
  • Ensure cabin safety and cleanliness by adhering to strict protocols.
  • Participate in pre-flight preparations including aircraft inspections and emergency equipment checks.
  • Respond to customer needs and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other crew members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Customer service or hospitality experience is essential.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Minimum reach of 212cm from the ground (fingertips must reach past 212cm with both hands at the same time barefoot).
  • Maximum height of 186cm.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship/permanent residency with unlimited working rights.
  • Hold a passport with 6 months validity at time of offer.
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate completed within last 12 months.
  • Current CPR accreditation.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol 'Statement of Attainment' from a Nationally Accredited Provider.
  • An excellent level of health and fitness including ability to swim 50 metres fully clothed and tread water for 3 minutes unassisted.
  • Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical.
